Strength:
- This blog share interesting news/technologies which capture attention with its font setting and pictures. The differentiated fonts aids reading as well.
- There are also hyperlinks so that the reader can navigate to read more if they have interest in that particular topic. At the end of an article, there are links such as "Email it", "Share on Facebook"and other links. This makes navigations easier as well.
- There are youtube videos which will interest readers as well.
- The information are presented in point form.
Weakness: The blog allows quite long posting on the main page, which causes the blog page to be very long and may not interest readers. It could be better if they have different categories so that the posts can be classified and not be seen altogether at the front page.

Strength:
- I like the "Pages and Tags" page. It shows the various discussion that is going on and we can enter to the topic of our preference. It gives a summary of the latest revision and the author. Actually. think it'll be better if it shows who did the latest revision.
- I think this blog is shared by a few authors. there's a specific page introducing each of them. This makes it more personalised. =)

The reflection is not too wordy or too short and straight to the point. A good way in showing sending a across a message. Excellent!
Organisation:
Your blog have a good layout. Good use of the sidebar to add personal touch.
Use of Visual:
Good colour scheme. Addition of videos make it more intereting for reader
